The service here sucks, dont eat in. I have no idea if their delivery is any better, have only been for dinner. It never seems busy

The staff here is friendly, but the service is kind of slow. The food is good and it does have a really good Salad Bar.

We literally order from this place about once a week due to busy lifestyles. Have had maybe one issue with them ever, but everywhere has off days. 11/10 would recommend.

Good buffet selection for the price. A togo cup of pop and the taco pizza was tasty covered in ample lettuce.

Great service! Kylie and Ivy both made sure my party was constantly taken care of. They were both awesome and it made the experience a million times better! Would definitely eat here rather than Wingstreet (which is next door).

Slow service. Unprofessional staff. Cannot get orders correct. I prefer to drive ten minutes out of my way just to go to the park city one.

Best Pizza Hut to do the buffet at. Their staff is fantastic and young and energetic. Buffet pizza quality is high, always very hot and a great variety. I'm not in Valley Center very often but when I am I stop here EVERY time!

We've eaten at the buffet, for supper, and ordered online multiple times in the year we've lived here.

wow, just wow. no cheese on the pizza that i ordered extra cheese on... one over-done pizza, another pizza of the same order completely incorrect. and yes, there was NO cheese one one of the pizzas. wow, right? if this were the first time, i suppose i would understand... had a crowd at my home -- couldn't feed them all with the one pizza missing cheese all together and the mistakes along with some two mistakes for the sides. perhaps a large order is too complicated? ugh. last time they messed up io contacted Corporate... i was told Valley Center would be contacting me soon... they never did.

When I went into the store, the manager asked me how many pickles can I monkey consume.

I don't know what happened here lately but I'm not happy with taco pizza or supreme pizza, not much creamy beans like they use to, the supreme is short on meats what's going on with them. Well I tryed it again and it's worse, anyone who gives a good review probably work there. The pizza looked and tasted like it was sitting under heat lamp all day.

I detest this Pizza Hut and rarely order from them due to numerous poor experiences. Long waits, half baked pizzas, pizza not having cheese in places, you name it...tonight was the usual long wait, far past the time I was quoted, long line at the drive through, cars lining the street waiting on their pizzas...save yourself some time and irritation, order from Casey's, Kwik Shop, or go to Leeekers and get a frozen pizza... anything is better than this Pizza Hut.

Had pizza from pick up. I didn't dine in. The pizza was as ordered and very good.

Always a good place to get pizza.

One of the best Pizza Huts in this area. They have always treated me right even though I order carryout late in the evening. They always greet me with a smiling face and never complain.

Extremely understaffed. Buffet was sub par, couldn't keep pizza out, and what was there had been there for a long time. I think if they fix their staffing shortage they can fix all this.

I ordered online like I usually do as a carry out. Although it was close to 1pm when I arrived, I had to wait for a while. The pizza was not what I ordered and I did not notice till I got home. Also the quality was inferior.I have tried pizzas from both the Valley Center and Park City Pizza Huts and Park City is more consistent in quality - so as of today Valley Center is off my list.

Anna was a amazing server and made sure that we had everything we needed!!! Definitely will be going to this Pizza Hut again!

Buffet is good but if you need something special you will be waiting.

I'm pretty much a fan of any pizza hut but this one deserves higher marks. The pizza us always hot with plenty of toppings and they offer a daily pizza and salad lunch buffet for a great price!

We did delivery and not only was the pizza great but the service was as well. We will be doing business with this Pizza Hut again.

They are inconsistent. The quality is 100% horrible. Customer matches the horrible pizza. They have tipped themselves with my card days later after I had already tipped them.

I paid for a $10 Dinner Box. First off.. My breadsticks looked like they had been run over by a car. My pizza wasn't offered in a different as per them running out of dough.. At least CALL YOUR DAMN CUSTOMER. I should've made this post last time as the waitress was apologizing profusely for not having my entire order. 3 tables at the time.. Just my daughter and I. And the Manager I spoke to played it all off... Trash.And... Here we are AGAIN. *Sept 5* I worked late tonight, the kids had no school. I ordered from there again thinking I'd take a chance. It ended with the wrong pizza and the manager on duty LAUGHING at me over the phone for being a 'return customer'. I went in to the store after waiting a period of time for her to get the franchisees contact info... She ended up giving me the store's phone number!? I added a video of the situation.

Great service and a nice lunch buffet that's kept fully stocked. The salad is nice and fresh. The place is always clean, too.

Went to pick up a mobile order 30 min after it was placed and was told 1- that it would be at least another hour before it was ready 2- that we ordered it wrong, your supposed to call it in because 3- it takes at least an hour to an hour and a half for the store to get mobile orders. I've worked at Pizza hut. All of that is incorrect. If it takes more than 30 min to get an order ready when it only takes 7 min to bake plus prep time, even when extremely busy, someone is not doing there job. Every time we go there are several people standing around doing nothing and this time was no different, Several people doing nothing. I know it gets busy but an hour and a half for 2 pizzas is ridiculous, we never got that far behind and we ran our kitchen with less people than what stand around at this one. They never seem busy either.

Pizza is good. Not like other Pizza Huts where the pizza is supper greasy. Pizza buffet is good as well.

A one star review is generous. The employees are unprofessional. Calling the service slow would be a compliment. There's what looks like a dozen employees running around and absolutely nothing being accomplished. It would help if there was someone on the clock older than 17, however what do I know? I'm not a pizza hut manager. After waiting in the drive thru for an hour after we ordered, they shorted us a pizza. Long story short - this place is inherently a joke. You'd be better off eating a Red Baron, it's half the price and it'll be done twice as fast.

The worst place to get a pizza. The manager was very unprofessional and did nothing after waiting over an hour for my pepperoni pizza. She said "what do you want me to do about it?" I have never seen such a disregard for customer service as this location proved. If I could give them no stars, I would.
